The Tweed Ride was born in Pescara in 2009 thanks to a group of friends fond of bicycles and a certain taste vintage purely british. Inspired the Tweed Run London, we stand out however to be able to join the irony typical Anglo-Saxon with the Italian imagination, therefore differentiate from the event in London with the original graft linked to the territory.
Since the very first edition we aggregate around us bikers, vintage and a whole world of people who had not locate him. Our events are in fact opportunities for socialization and fun, but without neglecting solidarity. In fact the proceeds thereof are always served to fund various organizations that deal with the cancer research.
We were able to intercept a certain feeling of dormant desire to back ‘. Soon the verb tweed has spread and we started to have participants from the rest of Italy. In later years, we have won major cities throughout the boot, garnering a reality tweed in Rome, Milan, Padua, Florence, Catania and many other cities.
